When hosting your wedding at Calamigos Los Angeles, you have a choice of three garden ceremony sites, each with its own reception venue: the Polo Room & Cottage, the Equestrian Ballroom & Garden Terrace and the Grand Prix Room & Grand Terrace. Whether you’re hosting 75 or 500 guests, we are dedicated to creating a joyous and memorable occasion for you and your loved ones.


Wedding Reception Package

OUR INCLUSIVE 5 HOUR RECEPTION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE WITH A VARIETY OF UPGRADES

Our Wedding Reception Package includes:

  • Your choice of a three course sit-down dinner or buffet prepared and served by our in-house catering department

  • Room Rental, cocktail tables and chairs, dinner tables and chiavari chairs, tableware, linens and napkins, pin-spot lighting, dance floor, complimentary parking, full service staff, cake cutting and a complimentary bottle of champagne for the couple’s table

  • Hosted bar options including House and/or Premium Spirits, Champagne, House wine, Domestic and/or Imported beer, soft drinks, coffee, decaf and hot tea. A wine pour is included during dinner


Ceremony Package

A 1 hour ceremony package is offered in conjunction with a wedding reception package

Our Ceremony Package includes:

  • A variety of beautiful outdoor garden ceremony sites

  • Private Bridal Suite with Champagne and refreshments available prior to the ceremony

  • One hour rehearsal prior to Wedding Day

  • White garden chairs, tables for your DJ, wedding décor, guest book, gifts and unity candle

  • A refreshing water station for your guests preceding ceremony and throughout

  • Picnic Lawn site to accommodate 150 – 3000 Guests with dining tables, chairs and colorful linens

Calamigos Los Angeles is home to multiple professional location shoots every year. Our clients have included nearly every major film and television studio. We are centrally located in the Burbank/Los Angeles area and in close proximity to Disney, ABC, Warner Bros, NBC and Universal Studios. We also feature multiple parking lots for shoots, base camps and crew parking.

Weekdays offer the ideal opportunity for location shoots to utilize interiors and exteriors and many aspects of our versatile facility and setting. We also feature multiple parking lots for shoots, base camps and parking.

Just need parking for a base camp or crew? Or audience parking shuttle stop? We accommodate those as well. Our location fees are comparable and reasonable, and our services are well regarded in the film and television industry.
